These Terms & Conditions govern your use of bajlok.club and all services provided by bajlok to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the bajlok platform.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bajlok account login credentials. bajlok will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to adequately protect their login details.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajlok ("bajlok", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of bajlok.club. By accessing or using any part of the bajlok platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, sportsbook, live casino, slots, and crash game sections — you agree to these Terms without reservation. If you are accessing the bajlok platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

To register a bajlok account you must:
bajlok permits only one account per player. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or under a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.
bajlok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. Before processing any withdrawal request, bajlok may require the player to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or other official photo identification; proof of address dated within the last three months; and, where a payment method such as bKash or Nagad is used, evidence of ownership of that payment account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bajlok will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajlok account username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. bajlok will not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised transaction arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify bajlok immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your credentials. bajlok reserves the right to suspend an account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification with the account holder.

Upon closure of an account, any withdrawable balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds that do not meet applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used qualifying payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

The minimum deposit amount on the bajlok platform is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bajlok, though individual payment providers (including bKash and Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bajlok wallet as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment network. bajlok does not charge any processing fee on deposits made via local Bangladeshi payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, provided KYC verification has been completed. bajlok targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual transfer times may vary depending on the payment network. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bajlok does not charge withdrawal fees on standard local payment transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All transactions on bajlok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment is made via an international card (Visa, Mastercard) in a currency other than BDT, the conversion will be applied at the rate set by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction. bajlok is not responsible for any foreign exchange fees charged by the player's card issuer.
All sports betting activity on bajlok — including cricket (BPL, T20 internationals, IPL, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other markets — is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the bajlok platform.
The bajlok casino offers slot games, live dealer table games, and crash game titles. All casino games available on bajlok use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live streaming infrastructure provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
bajlok does not operate or develop game software directly. Game outcomes, payout percentages (Return to Player, RTP), and game rules are determined by the relevant game provider. bajlok makes available on each game's information page (where provided by the game studio) the applicable RTP and any relevant game-specific rules.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, bajlok's policy is to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the player's account balance where technically feasible. bajlok is not liable for any winnings that were displayed but not yet credited due to a documented technical fault.

All content on bajlok.club — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall presentation and layout of the platform — is the property of bajlok or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajlok.club solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any bajlok content; scraping or harvesting data from the platform; using bajlok's branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or creating derivative works based on bajlok's platform or content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajlok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the bajlok platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated winnings; loss of data or account content; service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures; errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement caused by third-party data providers; or any loss arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
bajlok's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bajlok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
bajlok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account with bajlok, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
bajlok uses player data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and platform improvement. bajlok does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), and game content providers where necessary to deliver platform services.
bajlok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bajlok will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on bajlok.club. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the sole governing language of this document. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between an English version of these Terms and any translation or summary of them in any other language, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
